1. Smile! (=Shine!)
I am.
2. Start an organic garden on our rooftop. (first start a compost bin)
Check. I grew cherry tomatoes, a lot of lettuce, baby leaves, arugula (rucola), sunflowers, tons of differents spices and herbs, carrots, beets (still growing) but still no compost bin in sight. I am trying to convince Sh. that we buy one but he still thinks it isn't worth it... even that we have 70% organic garbage and it would totally make sense!

3. Pray regularly.
Not enough. But praying in new situations like running and on the bus...
4. Sleep more (try to go to bed before 23 if possible).
I definitely made some progress here! We are almost always in bed around 11 p.m., only not on days when Sh. comes home late from swimming... but since I wake up every morning early for sports it really makes it so much easier! I used to think I am a night owl, but working 9 hours and doing a lots of sports, I really need good sleep...

5. Go for a morning run every other day. (1st goal is to run the 10k in april with Sh.)
I almost finished the half- marathon plan and was running 4 times a week. In 2 weeks I am starting the marathon training, which means running 5 times a week. I am swimming 3 times a week, which is really challenging! We have a new trainer since 2 weeks and 3 weeks ago I switched to the better group, so after every session I am amazed how I could finish - it is really hard - we almost only swim freestyle (I couldn't swim freestyle at all as I joined the group) and I am dead after the training... but happy! :) In two weeks we are swimming the open water 3.5 km crossing of the Sea of Galilea, so I am better be trained... :)

6. Eat 80% whole foods. (stick to the guidlines).
Check! :)
Check! :)
7. Drink a lot.
Check. I am drinking much more than I used to - plain water and green tea. Almost no coffee at all. I start almost every morning with a green smoothie - Sh. is hooked too...

8. Less facebook and bullsh*t time on the web more time with my husband.
Hm... that's a hard point...still... I am spending too much time on the web at home... I turn off the computer when I finished and that is already great since I am most likely not turning it on so easy and think twice before...but I feel it is still too much...

9. Take an advanced hebrew course and by the end of the year read a (it can be short, but not children´s) book in hebrew.
I am taking an advanced hebrew course and we were even ready new paper articles and children stories...but I still prefer to read in english, hungarian or german...we will see if I can accomplish this goal til the end of 2011...
10. Keep calm and rest enough.
Definitely on the weekends...The weekdays are hard...

11. Go on with the saving like in 2010 in order to have our own place for a family.
We did continue to save the same amount monthly (or even more) than before but there is still no home in sight - in Israel real estate prices are still skyrocketing... :( so we have to wait...
